Over the course of our company’s existence, Hydro One Marketing Sdn. Bhd is dedicated to giving you, our customers; an exceptional and quality after-sales services. You can now register your warranty for your newly purchased Hydro One product via online by filling up the e-registration form below!

Notes

1. The Warranty period starts as the date stated by our Product Specialist during the product hand over. This Online Warranty Registration is for the activation of said warranty of your product. The date of registration does not indicate the start of your Warranty but mainly for the activation of your warranty.

2. For your Hydro One Fiberpool, Solarwave Solar Water Heater, Hydro One Hot Spa and Hydro One Water Filter, please mention the model name as stated in your invoice. For registration of Hydro One Picola and Hydro One Atmoshield, please indicate the size instead.

3. Once the Warranty have been verified and activated, our team will send you a copy of your Warranty card via WhatsApp in 7 working days.
